Return requests should be submitted within 7 days of package delivery. Don't worry, holiday exception are made during gifting seasons! Returned jewelry must be in perfect, unworn condition, inside original packaging to qualify for refund or exchange. Imperfect jewelry is subject to a repair fee if received broken due to improper return packaging.
International returns: At this time, we are unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels on every international order. Please reach out to our Customer Service team with any questions.
Customized and engraved jewelry are not eligible for refund.
