Thank you for your interest in our wholesale program. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for partnering with us. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
1. Wholesale Account Eligibility
To apply for a wholesale account and view preferential pricing, you must be one of the following:
· A registered business with a valid resale/tax ID number.
· An established retail store (online or brick-and-mortar).
· A verified influencer or stylist with a significant portfolio.
2. How to Apply & Ordering Process
· Application: Please fill out our online Wholesale Application Form [Link to your Google Form/Application Page] for review. Alternatively, you may contact us directly at vividahelensun@gmail.com with your business details.
· Account Approval: Upon approval, you will receive login credentials to access your exclusive wholesale portal with tiered pricing, or a dedicated wholesale price list.
· Placing Orders: Orders can be placed directly through your wholesale portal or by emailing your order to [Your Wholesale Email].
· Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ):
· Order MOQ: The minimum order value is $500 per order.
· Style MOQ: The minimum quantity per style is 20pieces.
3. Payment Terms
· Accepted Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Wise.
· Currency: All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
· Terms: Full payment is required before production or shipment for all first-time orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
· Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation and all details are finalized.
· Shipping Methods: We ship globally via reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
· Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including any duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These are not included in the product prices.
· Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Defective Goods
We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of wholesale, we have a strict policy.
· Non-Defective Items: We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective or damaged. Please order carefully.
· Damaged or Defective Items: We will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or is defective. You must:
· Notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving the shipment.
· Provide clear photos and/or a video of the damaged or defective items.
· Upon approval, we will ship the replacements at no extra cost.
· Wrong Items Shipped: If we mistakenly ship the wrong item, we will cover the cost of shipping the correct product to you.
6. Customization & OEM/ODM Services
· We welcome OEM/ODM inquiries for orders that meet our custom project MOQ 50.
· Custom design projects require a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due before shipment.
· Lead times for custom projects will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
7. Quality Assurance
We are committed to providing high-quality fashion jewelry. All our products undergo a quality check before shipment. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of some products, which is not considered a defect.
8. Privacy & Intellectual Property
· We respect your privacy. Your business information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
· All product designs, images, and branding are the intellectual property of your brand name. They may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our express written permission.
